Cooking
The marshmallow kitchen where syrup, gelatin, and the final mixture is prepared in several steps.

Aerating
Then the mixture goes through the aerator, the core of the marshmallow production, where it will be mixed with the right amount of air that forms the marshmallow.

Flavoring & Coloring
The marshmallow mixture after aerating with go through these 4 colors, flavor dosing system to make the colorful and your special flavors.


Drying
These long continuous streams will move with a drying conveyor while continuously applying corn starch on the cooling conveyor using applicators.

Cutting & De-Starching
Here it will be cut by special knives. Next, the marshmallow de- starch drum will remove the excess starch powder

Packaging
At the end of the de-starch drum, the marshmallow product will collect in plastic trays for aging before marshmallow packaging where it is usually packed in plastic bags.
