Tisma Chewing Gum Cartoner Machine

The Tisma cartoner machine for chewing gums is a continuous motion Horizontal Cartoner that can reach speeds up to 250 cartons per minute.

Complete system for sticking 12 pieces of Dragee gum in carton and then wrap it with Cellophane

Working Principle:

1. Flat Cartons are stored in powered carton magazine called carton feeder
2. Cartons are picked from carton magazine and erected with rotary carton erectors
3. Chewing Gums are filled in gum feeder and rest on feeding belt 12 pieces per stick
4. 12 pieces of chewing gums are pushed into erected cartons
5. Cartons are closed with tuck closing and then discharged to the cellophane wrapping machine.
6. Each Cartoon is wrapped with outer cellophane paper and then discharged
