Function: Precise weighing, mixing, and pressure dissolution of sugar/glucose syrup.
2) Bosch microfilm cooker type 128A Vacuum Cylinder Cooker
CONSIST OF
1- Double piston pump with three dosing pump
2- Cooking chamber type
3- Vacuum chamber with vacuum pump
4- Syrup pump
5- Citric acid added to stainless steel tank for mixing
Function: Continuous, gentle thickening of candy masses under vacuum to minimize caramelization.
3) Bosch Tempering Cooling Belt CONSIST OF
1- Syrup pump
2- Cooling laminating and cooling drum
3- Cooling belt length about 3 meter
Function: Cools and tempers the cooked mass to the correct plastic state for downstream processing.
