WLS Cooling Tunnel

WLS Cooling Tunnel Used for cooling soft masses such as gum, toffee, etc.

A WLS cooling tunnel is recommended for the extruded ropes and sheets that must normally have a dry surface and a cooler temperature, e.g. to enable them to be fed directly into a cut-and-wrap machine.

Cooling tunnels are specifically made to enable the product to be brought to the ideal temperature, consistency, and overall state.

The multi-tire cooling tunnels are provided with food-approved conveyor belts and take-off belts. This cooling is achieved by using a certain type of refrigerant.
